Our Villa is located at a quite family house area, on the Mecsek, one street away from the Zoo and a few minute drive away from the city centre. Therefore, you can enjoy the wellness opportunities, the fresh air and the town’s programs. The living room, the 60 m2 terrace and the garden has a beautiful view both day and night of Pécs.
The Villa is 85 m2, modern and fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen for cooking or baking (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, high quality pots and dishes).
The living room has a comfortable sofa set, a fireplace, big TV, DVD player and an astonishing view thanks to the enormous glass doors.
There are two ensuite bedrooms with double beds, flatscreen TVs with channel subscription. The villa can be booked with 1 bedroom only as well (for 1-2 people) with using all rooms and facilities. In this case we are not leasing the other room for other guests.
The two bedrooms have the capacity of 4 people, which is suitable for families and friends, in which case naturally the facilities are shared.
The relaxation is fulfilled by a hot tub with radio and relaxing lights, the sauna with shower, which is accessed from the living room and in one of the bedrooms a design bath as well. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect in the hot days with the wonderful view and the lovely garden.
(The bathrooms have hairdryers, one of the bathrooms have a shower and bidet.) All rooms have air-conditioning, with remote access in each room for different settings, just like the floor heating, which can also be adjusted differently in every room. Furthermore, the windows have blinds and shutters.
The swimming pool in the garden is 3,5 x 7 meter long with 1,3 m depth. The fence has thuja hedge line giving coverage and intimacy to the garden, which does not have neighbours.
The Villa is having guests from its complete renovation in december 2015.
