Checking in and leaving
The Apartment and the Villa can be occupied on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. The exact time of arrival is helping us to provide the best host experience for you. Therefore, we are looking forward to the notice of the intended arrival time and also asking for a text message half an hour prior to arrival please.
The accommodation needs to be left at 10 a.m. in order for the cleaning to take place.
In case you have an arriving or leaving time request different from the set ones, please indicate it when you are requesting your offer from us. If we are able to (depends on the bookings), we always make the times flexible for our guests.
Parking
Guests arriving with cars to the Villa are able to use two free and secured parking places inside of the property with a motorized gate.
The Apartment has a free, covered and single parking place with a motorized gate also.
Keys
The guests receive their own keys and its remotes.
Paying
You have to pay for your stay when you arrive in cash, we are accepting the Hungarian currency of Forint (HUF) and Euros. If you are staying for a longer period of time, we ask for an advanced payment, detailed in your personal offer.
Internet
Both the Apartment and the Villa have a fast, broad band and unlimited WIFI connection.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the Villa and the Apartment as well, however we created smoking areas in the gardens with ashtrays.
Children
Kids sleeping with the parents are welcomed free of charge until the age of three. However, we are charging full price for an additional bed not depending on the age.
We recommend for families with to choose the Villa as it is bigger and more comfortable, with proper sheets and cutlery. Pencils, colouring books and tale books are also prepared for the little ones.
Pets
We love animals and are welcoming the smaller pets of our guests too. We are charging a smaller fee for little pets, which is set on the personal offer. The calm cats and dogs are welcomed with drinking and feeding bowls and mats for their berths.
Gift
We prepare a fruit bowl for guests staying for a minimum of three nights, guests staying over 5 nights receive a free Zoo and city tour train ticket.
Touristic information
Both of our accommodations have flyers about the point of interests, museums, current programs and tourist route map of mountain Mecsek.
We also created a collection of places recommended by us, hoping that you would enjoy our local favourites as well.
Washing machine, Dish washer
Available in the kitchen of the Villa.
Fireplace
The Villa’s living room is equipped with a modern fireplace and tons of firewood, making you feel at home. If more is needed please use the cut wood next to the house, not the decoration around the fireplace.
Coffee, tea
We always have coffee, sugar, cream, salt, pepper, tea, serviettes, soap, fairy liquid and kitchen towels prepared for our guests.
Garden
The gardens of the properties are maintained and well-kept. Due to the close forest and the feeders placed squirrels, and songbirds often visit us.
Outdoors furniture
There are seating and sunbeds in front of the accommodations, the pools and terraces for comfort and relaxation.
Barbecue
The apartment’s garden has a charcoal grill for our guests.
Cleaning and tidiness
The Apartment and the Villa is being cleaned by us, prepared with fresh new sheets, clean towels and kitchen towels.
We are kindly asking all of our guests to only use the hot tub and sauna after having a shower to protect the quality of the water. After enjoying the jacuzzi, please always cover it again with its top, to prevent cooling down and evaporation.
We are hoping that our guests are going to continue using the facilities like it was their own.
In the case of damaging or extreme use we are charging extra fees.
Celebrations and special days
We have been hosts for special days as a surprise several times. We offer having flowers, champagne and cake ready for anniversaries, birthdays, engagements and honeymoons.
Gift card
Give relaxation to your loved ones with our Private Wellness Days card! Ask for our gift card, which we will personalise and send to your e-mail address.
Discount
– We are giving a 10% discount for our returning guests with the discount cards displayed at the apartment.
– Share your favourite moments from Pécs with us on our Facebook page! We will give a free night stay to the contestants playing with us.
